- Effective January 1, 2024 medical and dental plan rates are increasing. Please see the attached rate sheet with letter from the County Health Pool.
- The medical FSA yearly contribution limit for 2024 is $4,150.00 for Single, and $8,300 for Family. 55+Catch-up is $1,000.
- The benefits you elect or change will go into effect on 1/1/2024.
- Your first benefits deduction will be taken on 12/13/2024 due to benefit deductions being taken a month in advance.
- Medical FSA, Health Savings Account and Dependent Care FSA deductions will begin on 1/3/2024.
- Everyone enrolled in the medical plan will receive new cards, mailed to the address on file.
- If you need to make address or phone number changes, please complete an address change card.
- If you are waiving our medical plan and wish to continue, you need to complete the Change/No Change Form. This form is available through Human Resources in the Employee Portal on the City of Lamar website.
- Lincoln Financial Group will offer Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.
