It is an honor to serve as City Administrator for the City of Lamar and to be part of a community that takes pride in its people, its history, and its future. Lamar is more than just a place to live—it’s a community where people care about one another and work together to make it better. 

In my role, I work closely with the Mayor, City Council, and our dedicated team to ensure city services are delivered effectively, responsibly, and with transparency. While maintaining the day-to-day operations of the city is essential, I am equally focused on planning for the future and making thoughtful decisions that support long-term success. 

In carrying out this work, I believe strong local government is built on communication, accountability, and trust. That means being accessible, listening to our residents, and keeping community priorities at the center of what we do. I believe leadership in local government is, above all else, about service—making decisions that put the community first and ensuring we deliver on the trust placed in us. Whether supporting local businesses, improving infrastructure, or enhancing quality of life, our goal is to serve Lamar in a way that reflects the values of the people who call it home. 

Lamar has a proud history and a strong sense of community. As our team and I look ahead, we remain focused on supporting economic development, maintaining and improving infrastructure, and enhancing quality of life for all who call Lamar home.
