The City of Lamar has a Victim Assistance and Law Enforcement (VALE) Program that may help you with property damaged during the commission of a crime. To be eligible, the crime has to have happened within the city limits of Lamar. Applications for the VALE assistance must be made within 90 days of the crime. You may pick up applications and instructions at the Lamar Police Department at 102 E. Parmenter Street Lamar, Colorado.
