Community Notification of a Sexually Violent Predator

In accordance with Colorado Law, the Lamar Police Department is notifying the community that Charles Bradley is a Sexually Violent Predator currently living within the city limits of Lamar.

Charles Bradley is currently living at 411 N. 1St Street, Lamar, CO. Mr. Bradley was convicted in Indiana, but the Colorado Bureau of Investigations finds that Mr. Bradley meets the criteria of a SVP in Colorado. Mr. Bradley was convicted of Child Molestation- Class B Felony in Indiana on December 17, 1999. Per CRS 16-22-111 an offender is automatically posted as an SVP in Colorado if they were sentenced as or found to be an SVP under the laws of another state or jurisdiction.

Mr. Bradley is currently on supervised parole with the state of Colorado.

As of July 9, 2025 there are 19,418 registered sex offenders in the state of Colorado. There are 44 sex offenders currently registered with the Lamar Police Department.

**Anyone who uses this information to harass, threaten, or intimidate this or any registered offender (online or in-person), his/her family, or anyone involved with the management of the offender will be subject to criminal prosecution. Acts of vigilantism will not be tolerated. **
