Lamar Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken Tournament

Welcome to the City of Lamar!
I am very excited to extend this “official welcome” to all of the players, families and spectators of the Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken State Baseball Tournament. We are honored to host the very first Colorado Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken State Baseball Tournament where all age divisions are competing in the same city.
We hope you will take full advantage of the amenities that our city has to offer by reviewing the following content and take this as a personal invitation to visit our downtown, recreational areas and explore the rich history of Southeastern Colorado.
Improving and growing the City of Lamar is a priority and our community is currently undergoing infrastructure improvements that will further enhance the quality of life for our residents. To help you navigate our community during your visit, I have provided alternate routes so you may promptly reach your destination with little or no delays. Please review these routes so you can safely and easily travel to and from your events.
I hope you have a great stay and hope that you will return to Southeastern Colorado soon!
